1. Using PB Tradepost
PB Tradepost is a paintball marketplace and community platform built to help players buy, sell, trade, communicate, and discuss the sport. By using PB Tradepost, you agree to follow these Terms of Service and the policies linked throughout the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use PB Tradepost independently. Users under 18 may only use PB Tradepost with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Account Responsibility
- Provide accurate account information.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Do not share your account with others.
- Do not create duplicate accounts to evade moderation or restrictions.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Marketplace Disclaimer
PB Tradepost provides a platform for buyers and sellers to connect. PB Tradepost is not a party to transactions conducted between users and cannot guarantee the outcome, safety, legality, quality, shipment, payment, or completion of any transaction.
Users are responsible for evaluating buyers, sellers, listings, payment methods, shipping arrangements, and transaction risks.
5. User Conduct
Users must follow the Forum Standards, Prohibited Items Policy, Feedback Standards, and Safe Trading guidance. PB Tradepost may remove content, limit features, issue reminders, restrict accounts, or remove accounts when users violate platform rules or create safety concerns.
6. Listings and Content
You are responsible for the listings, messages, forum posts, feedback, images, and other content you submit. Do not post content that is false, misleading, unlawful, stolen, counterfeit, harassing, pornographic, spammy, or otherwise harmful to the marketplace or community.
7. Feedback and Reputation
Feedback should reflect completed transactions and meaningful marketplace interactions. PB Tradepost may hide, restore, or remove feedback from reputation calculations when it violates the Feedback Standards or appears abusive, fraudulent, retaliatory, or unrelated to a legitimate marketplace interaction.
8. Moderation
PB Tradepost moderates behavior, not viewpoints. Moderators may act on reports or directly observed issues. Moderation actions may include hiding content, restoring content, recording moderator notes, contacting users, or limiting account access when necessary.
9. No Guarantee of Availability
PB Tradepost may update, change, interrupt, or discontinue features as the platform develops. During private beta, bugs, downtime, missing features, and changes should be expected.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PB Tradepost is not responsible for losses, damages, disputes, failed transactions, payment issues, shipping issues, user conduct, or content posted by users. Use PB Tradepost at your own risk and trade carefully.
11. Policy Updates
PB Tradepost may update these Terms of Service as the platform grows. Continued use of PB Tradepost after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
